After submitting your request to enrol on a course, you will receive an automated confirmation that your booking has been received. However, please contact us if this does not arrive.

Payment by invoice will only be accepted from approved organisations.

Payments by invoice must be received in full, five working days before the course begins.

Online payments using a credit or debit card must be received at least 24 hours before the course begins.

Course places are not confirmed until payment has been received.

All cancellation requests must be received at least five working days before commencement of the course.

We are not able to offer refunds for late cancellations, except for exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the organisers.

If the course provider needs to cancel a course for any reason, participants will be notified either in writing, by email or by telephone at the earliest opportunity and a full refund (if applicable) will be given
