Terms and Conditions

• After submitting your request to enrol on a course, you will receive an automated confirmation that your booking has been received. However, please contact us if this does not arrive.


• Online payments using a credit or debit card or PayPal account must be received at least 24 hours before the course begins.


• Course places are not confirmed until payment has been received.


• To request cancellation of a place/s on a course, please contact us on 0191 4972320 or at info@tynewearsport.org.


• All cancellation requests must be received at least five working days before commencement of the course.


• We are not able to offer refunds for late cancellations, except for exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the organisers.


• If the course provider needs to cancel a course for any reason, participants will be notified either in writing, by email or by telephone at the earliest opportunity and a full refund (if applicable) will be given. 

• Please note for Safeguarding & Protecting Children courses, attendees must be aged over 16 years.
